This week you should see a homework paper come home from the music room. THis was a rhythm composition that we did in compound meter (6/8). Students needed to use previously learned knowledge to write an idea and then perform it for Mr. weller. A final step was to transfer the song to another instrument (i.e. xylophone or drums).
- have your child clap and say their song to you
- sign the paper
- have your child bring it back to the music room for credit.
